We can offer consultations on colour schemes and decor, we can take on a room or a whole house from whatever stage it's at. Whether that means stripping the old paper or paint, applying new wallpaper, smoothing down and preparing the walls, or simply repainting the walls. We decorate through out Stockton, Middlesbrough, Hartlepool, Darlington & Ingleby Bawick.
Our work is always carried out in a professional manner and strive to surpass customer expectations, always going the extra mile of; taking down curtains, changing light bulbs and testing smoke alarms etc.

FROM PHONE CALL TO HAND OVER
From the moment you call, you will become an important aspect to the business and my own reputation. I will always return any message, to arrange a convenient time for me to come over and survey the job.
The survey is followed up by a free no obligation quotation which can be posted to your specified address, or handed to you in person to further discuss how we will go about starting the job.
Once a decision a has been reached, the work can be confirmed and scheduled at a time and date convenient to us both. A courtesy call will be made to confirm our schedule (a little reminder that we're due to commence shortly), several days before the work is due to start .
Once we arrive, we take a very sensitive and caring approach to your home making sure the job is carried out to your requirements and apply all the little finishing touches, (we will cover all walkways and remove our shoes where necessary). An invoice will provided when the work is completed along with another phone call to make sure you're happy with everything.
